REGISTRATION AGREEMENT

Massachusetts/Rhode Island Sales Blitz, June 9-10, 2010 - Moveable Marketplace - $1,195.00 per person. (If for any reason a participant must cancel after May 7, 2010, no refunds will be made unless a replacement is made by delegate)

Philadelphia/SE Pennsylvania Sales Blitz, July 14-15, 2010 – Moveable Marketplace - $1,195.00 per person.
(If for any reason a participant must cancel after June 11, 2010, no refunds will be made unless areplacement is made by delegate)

Metro New York/New Jersey Sales Blitz, August 11-12, 2010 - Moveable Marketplace - $1,195.00 per person. (If for any reason a participant must cancel after July 9, 2010, no refunds will be made unless a replacement is made by delegate)

Upstate New York Sales Blitz, October 19-21, 2010 – Moveable Marketplace - $1,295.00 per person. (If for any reason a participant must cancel after September 15, 2010, no refunds will be made unless a replacement is made by delegate)

Please note that each blitz has a controlled number of spots for each supplier category (accommodations, theatre, boats, dining, shopping, etc.) and you will be waitlisted once each category is filled. First come, first serve basis. All blitzes are matching funds eligible to TPA's
