Program Itinerary

Monday, November 29th
AM/PM Arrive in Los Angeles, check in Hilton LAX (Optional Saturday or Sunday check-in.)
4:00 - 5:00 pm Assemble sales kits and attend sales mission orientation meeting
5:00 pm Networking with your other New York State participants.

Tuesday, November 30th
10:00 am Depart Hilton hotel via motorcoach for downtown
11:30 am Luncheon/Sales Exchange in Downtown Los Angeles at the Sheraton Los Angeles hotel with Visit USA International Tour Operators and Domestic Tour Operators from Downtown Area
3:00 pm Conclusion of sales Exchange; Depart Downtown via Motorcoach for return to the Hilton LAX

Wednesday, December 1st
11:30 am Luncheon/Sales Exchange at the Hilton LAX with visit USA Int'l. Tour Operator and Domestic Tour Operators from Greater LAX area.
3:00 pm Program concludes

  • Domestic Group Tour Operators who sell tours into New York State and the Eastern Gateway


Daily Program
During the sales mission you will be doing seven minute presentations to over 60 buyers at the two Luncheon/Sales Exchanges. You need to bring your own sales presentation folder for each sales exchange. This is an excellent opportunity to meet key buyers on a one-to-one basis.

Cost - $1,795.00 per company representative. First Reply-First On Basis.
Cost Includes -

  • One luncheon/Sales Exchange at the Sheraton in Downtown Los Angeles and one Luncheon/Sales Exchange at the Hilton LAX.
  • Pre-invitation postcards and function invitations sent to Visit USA Operators, Inbound Wholesalers and Domestic Tour Operators.
  • Coordination of all aspects of the Sales Exchanges, including invitations, personal phone call follow- ups and faxed confirmations, to ensure a very successful week.
  • Name badges for each participant.
  • Complimentary roundtrip transportation to Sheraton Hotel Downtown for the Tuesday Luncheon/Sales Exchange program.
  • Complimentary hotel shuttle service to and from LAX to the Hilton.
  • Key buyer contacts will be sent to each participant following the sales mission.
  • Distribution of sales kits to buyers at the conclusion of the sales exchanges.

Cost does not include -

  • Air Fare
  • Hotel Accommodations (Your room will be reserved as a group through Destinations of New York State on a rooming list noting your arrival and departure dates and credit card number for guarantee.) Hilton Hotel LAX- $109.00 per night, plus taxes
