AM/PM Arrive in Los Angeles, check in Hilton LAX
4:00 - 5:00 pm Assemble sales kits and attend sales
mission orientation meeting
Networking with your other New York State participants.
Tuesday,

10:00 am Depart hotel via motorcoach for downtown
11:30 am Luncheon/Sales Exchange in Downtown Los Angeles at the Sheraton Los Angeles hotel
with Visit USA International Tour Operators and
Domestic Tour Operators from Downtown Area
3:00 pm Conclusion of sales Exchange; Depart Downtown
via Motorcoach for return to the Hilton LAX

11:30 am Luncheon/Sales Exchange at the Hilton LAX with visit USA Int'l.

Daily Program
During the sales mission you will be doing seven minute presentations to over 60 buyers at the two Luncheon/Sales Exchanges. You need to bring your own sales presentation folder
for each sales exchange. This is an excellent opportunity to meet key buyers on a one-to-one basis.

luncheon/Sales Exchange at the Sheraton in Downtown Los Angeles and one
Luncheon/Sales Exchange
- Pre-invitation
postcards and function invitations sent to Visit USA Operators,
Inbound Wholesalers and Domestic Tour Operators.
- Coordination
of all aspects of the Sales Exchanges, including invitations,
personal phone call follow- ups and faxed confirmations,
to ensure a very successful week.
- Name
badges, maps with regional identification for each participant.
- Complimentary
transportation roundtrip to Sheraton Hotel Downtown for the Tuesday Luncheon/Sales Exchange program.
- Complimentary
hotel shuttle service to and from LAX to the Hilton.
- Key buyer contacts will be sent to each participant following
the sales mission.
- Distribution of I Love NY sales kits at the conclusion of the sales exchanges.
