The exhibit shall not obstruct the view of the adjoining exhibits. An Exhibitor shall not sublet, divide or share booth space without permission of Destinations of New York State. Sales that include the payment of money or delivery of merchandise in the exhibit hall is not allowed.

Neither Destinations of New York State, the drayage company, nor the Mid Hudson Civic Center shall have any liability or responsibility for any injury or damage to the Exhibitor, its agents, representatives or employees, or for any loss, damage or destruction of any property belonging to the Exhibitor or used in or in connection with its exhibit or the displays therein, irrespective of the manner in which or circumstances under which any such injury, damage, loss or destruction may occur, and all claims and causes of action therefore shall be, and shall be deemed to be, waived, released and discharged for all purposes.

The Exhibitor shall indemnify and keep and hold safe, free and harmless Destinations of New York State, the drayage company, and the Mid Hudson Civic Center and each of them, from and against all claims, losses and damages arising in, at, out of or in connection with the unloading and loading of the Exhibitor’s exhibit or the installation, maintenance, conduct, use operation or removal of said exhibit or any part or parts thereof, including without limitation any and all such claims, losses and damages that my arise out of, be attributable to or in any manner or to any extent involve any negligence or claimed negligence on the part of the Destinations of New York State, the drayage company or the Mid Hudson Civic Center, or any of them.

Should Destinations of New York State fail to furnish the Exhibitor the space herein described for any reason whatsoever, it shall promptly refund to the Exhibitor all sums paid hereunder, and such refund shall be accepted by the Exhibitor in full settlement of all loss or damage suffered by the Exhibitor.

    SUGGESTED GROUP RATE POLICY:
Motorcoach/Tour Operators should receive a lower rate (approximately 10%) than the group leaders. A tour operator has to sell a product at less than the cost which the group leader would pay on their own. From that price the operator must deduct his overhead; transportation, promotion, escorts, etc. Today, many motorcoach/tour operators are finding that their customers are becoming their competitors, due to Exhibitors extending identical group rates to both the group leader and the tour operator. Developing a sound series business with a tour operator is good business. The purpose of Destinations Group Travel show is to entice group leaders to visit your properties through their tour operators. We suggest that rates quoted to tour operators be lower than rates quoted to group leaders. There will be opportunities to deal directly with the operators during the show. Operators will be wearing distinctive white badges with buyer ribbons so that they can be easily recognized. We thank you for your cooperation!
