4:00 PM: Assemble sales kits and attend sales mission orientation meeting
at the Park Central Hotel in Miami Beach.
5:30 - 7:00 PM: New York State supplier and Int’l. Buyer Networking Reception
Tuesday,
March 27th
8:00 AM: Check out of the Park Central Hotel and board our motorcoach for sales calls.

Daily
Program:
We will visit seven International Receptive Operator offices in the Greater Miami area. You need to
bring your own sales presentation folder for the Sales Exchange. This is an excellent opportunity to
meet Key buyers on a one-to-one basis. In Orlando you will be doing seven minute presentations to
approximately 50 total buyers at the Luncheon/Sales Exchange. We will also visit six International
Receptive Operator offices in the Greater Orlando area.

$1,495.00 per company representative; First Reply-First

Includes:
- Transportation around Greater Miami on Motorcoach for area sales calls.
- Transportation aboard motorcoach for Orlando area sales calls and transportation to Orlando from Miami.
- One Buyer Luncheon/Sales Exchange in Orlando.
- Key buyer contacts will be sent to each participant following the sales mission.
- Coordination of all aspects of the Sales Exchanges including pre-invitation
announcement, formal invitations, personal phone call follow-up, fax and email
confirmations, to ensure a very successful week.
- Name badge for each participant.

Does Not Include: Airfare and Hotel
- Hotel reservations have been contracted in Miami at the Park Central Hotel with an excellent travel industry rate TBD. The hotel in Orlando is the Doubletree Resort & Spa with a rate TBD.. Both hotels will be booked on a Destinations of New York State group rooming list with your arrival date, departure date and credit card number for guarantee.
