Arrive on own in Miami on Sunday the 21st or Monday the 22nd.

Monday, March 22nd
4:00 PM: Assemble sales kits and attend sales mission orientation meeting
at the Park Central Hotel in Miami Beach.
5:30 - 7:00 PM: New York State supplier and Int’l. Buyer Networking Reception rooftop, poolside at “The Hotel” in Miami Beach.

Tuesday, March 23rd
8:00 AM:
Depart the hotel onboard Motorcoach for Greater Miami
sales calls.

9:00 am:

5:30 PM: Drop off New York Sales team at Miami Int’l. Airport for departures
to Orlando.(Book air connection Miami to Orlando on own).
Arrive in Orlando and check into the International Plaza Resort & Spa.

Wednesday, March 24th
8:00 AM: Depart hotel onboard Motorcoach for Orlando sales calls.

  • Visit USA Operators whose primary customer
    is from the Central South American & European Markets
  • Group Tour Operators who sell tours into New York State and the Eastern Gateway

Daily Program:
We will visit seven International Receptive Operator offices in the Greater Miami area. You need to bring your own sales presentation folder for the Sales Exchange. This is an excellent opportunity to meet Key buyers on a one-to-one basis. In Orlando you will be doing seven minute presentations to approximately 50 total buyers at the Luncheon/Sales Exchange. We will also visit six International Receptive Operator offices in the Greater Orlando area.

Cost:
$1,495.00 per company representative; First Reply-First On Basis.

Cost Includes:

  • Transportation for Greater Miami I Love New York area sales calls.
  • Transportation aboard motorcoach for Orlando area sales calls.
  • One Buyer Luncheon/Sales Exchange in Orlando.
  • Key buyer contacts will be sent to each participant following the sales mission.
  • Coordination of all aspects of the Sales Exchanges including pre-invitation
    announcement, formal invitations, personal phone call follow-up, fax and email
    confirmations, to ensure a very successful week.
  • Name badge for each participant.

Cost Does Not Include:

  • Hotel reservations have been contracted in Miami at the Park Central Hotel with an excellent travel industry rate of $190.00 plus 13% taxes. The hotel in Orlando is the International Plaza Resort & Spa with a rate of $108.00 plus 12.5% tax.. Both hotels will be booked on a Destinations of New York State group rooming list with your arrival date, departure date and credit card number for guarantee.
