ABA 2009Destinations of New York State will host our 26th Annual New York Statewide I Love New York promotional Auction program on January 18, 2010 at the Gaylord National Harbor, Maryland during the American Bus Association Convention

The American Bus Association is the trade association of the intercity bus industry. ABA facilitates relationships between North American Motorcoach/tour companies and all related segments of the travel and supplier industries promoting travel by motorcoach to consumers. ABA represents approximately 950 motorcoach and tour companies in the United States and Canada.

The American Bus Marketplace is the motorcoach and group travel industry's leading business event. Motorcoach and tour operators attend Marketplace to obtain information on destinations, attractions, lodging, shopping, and restaurants as possible stops for charters and tours. Social functions, like the Destinations of New York State auction offer Motorcoach/Tour operators and suppliers the chance to network. The annual auction is one of the highlights of the week for the Motorcoach and Tour Operators that attend the function.

SPONSORSHIP APPLICATION FORM:

The 26th Annual Destinations of New York State Auction will be held from 9:30 pm to 11:00 pm at the at the Gaylord National Harbor, Maryland. We invite you to be a sponsor and participate at this ever popular event. There will be over 200 Motorcoach Tour Operators present. The sponsorship commitment fee is $300.00 and each sponsor to contribute a minimum of one gift. Additional gifts are welcome and will receive extra recognition at the auction. Each gift should have a minimum retail value of $40.00 and must be TANGIBLE, such as briefcases, radios, luggage, plates, steins, wine gift packs, liquor, stuffed animals, clocks, figurines, etc. NO meals, NO overnights, NO admissions. Please attach business card to each gift. Shipping instructions for gifts will be mailed in early January 2010.

  • You will receive the official ABA 2010 list of over 500 Motorcoach Operator delegates.
  • Your company name will be displayed as a sponsor
