The sales exchange portion is 15 rotations of ten minute appointments each with KEY  buyer representatives from International Receptive Operator  and Domestic Motorcoach Tour Operator companies in the Greater NYC area.  Following the Sales Exchange, the Tabletop Reception is an opportunity to network and discuss your product with additional buyer representatives in a more social setting.

  • 10 minute sales presentations to approximately fifteen KEY Buyers
  • One-on-one, marketplace meetings, face to face with KEY Buyers
  • An excellent opportunity to promote your business for 2009/10 to KEY Buyers

Tuesday, July 14th, Schedule of Events

3:30 pm

Register and network at Rosie O’Grady’s second floor Ballroom, “The Manhattan Club” on 7th Avenue and 52nd Street in Midtown Manhattan

4:00 – 6:30 pm

Sales Exchange, ten minute appointments with each buyer (Soda, Coffee, Tea and Cookies served)

6:30– 7:30 pm

 Networking Reception with additional buyer staff from all companies that participated in Sales Exchange and other KEY companies. (Open bar with hot and cold hors d’oeuves served)              
Cost: $1,095.00 per supplier company registration, includes one to two suppliers from same company or one DMO with one supplier.
Includes:

■ Sales Exchange, use your presentation folder during ten minute appointments

■ New York State and New York City Maps used during program

■ Excellent one-on-one ratio of buyer to seller

■ Name badges for all participants

■ Networking Reception following the Sales Exchange, open to all International Receptive Operator and Motorcoach Tour Operator companies

■ Fifty total sales kits for program.

■ Door prizes and giveaways for buyers at end of program.

■ Key Buyer contacts from Sales Exchange and Tabletop Reception will be sent in excel format following the function.
